A step-by-step guide for integration partners to complete onboarding, submit UAT documentation, and obtain production access to Pandascrow.

Introduction

This guide outlines the steps required for integration partners to transition from the Pandascrow Sandbox environment to Production (Live).

Before deploying an integration to production, all partners are required to complete the merchant onboarding process and submit the relevant User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation for the solution(s) they intend to integrate.

These requirements help Pandascrow verify business information, assess integration readiness, and ensure that the implementation meets the necessary operational and technical requirements.

Important: Sandbox vs. Live Account

If you already have an account on the Pandascrow Sandbox environment (demo.pandascrow.io), you must create a separate account on the live platform (app.pandascrow.io) to access and use the Production environment.

Your Sandbox account does not automatically grant you access to the live environment. You will need to sign up separately on the live platform before proceeding with production onboarding.

Step 1: Complete Your Integration in Sandbox

Before requesting production access, ensure you have:

  • Completed your integration using the Pandascrow Sandbox environment.
  • Tested the relevant API endpoints and workflows.
  • Verified that your implementation handles successful and failed transactions appropriately.
  • Tested relevant webhooks and callback responses.
  • Resolved outstanding integration issues.

Refer to the Pandascrow API Reference for technical documentation.

Step 2: Download the Required Documents

Download the following documents:

  1. Merchant Onboarding Form: This form collects your business information and details about your intended use of Pandascrow's infrastructure. (Download Now)
  2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Document: This document is used to assess and validate your integration against the requirements of the selected solution. (

Both documents must be completed and submitted before your integration can be considered for production access.

Step 3: Complete the Relevant UAT

Select and complete the UAT documentation corresponding to the Pandascrow solution(s) you are integrating.

The available solutions include:

SolutionDescription
Escrow as a ServiceFor platforms implementing milestone-based or transaction-based escrow services. (Download Escrow Sheet)
KYCFor integrations implementing identity verification and Know Your Customer workflows. (Download KYC Sheet)
InvoiceFor platforms implementing invoice creation, delivery, and payment processing.
Cross-Border PaymentFor integrations supporting international payments and cross-border transactions.
E-Commerce StorefrontFor platforms implementing online storefront and e-commerce payment functionality.
Digital WalletFor integrations implementing wallet creation, funding, transfers, and related wallet operations.

If your integration involves multiple solutions, ensure that the applicable UAT requirements for each solution are completed.

UAT Documentation Guidelines

To ensure your UAT submission can be properly reviewed, please follow these guidelines when completing the UAT document:

  1. Test Parameters: Include the full JSON request payload sent to the Pandascrow API. For example:

    {
      "email":"[email protected]",
      "password":"12345"
    }
  2. Expected Results: Include the actual JSON response returned by the Pandascrow server for the corresponding API request.

  3. Comments: Indicate only Pass or Failed. Do not include additional explanations or descriptions in this column.

  4. Not Applicable (N/A): For any column, API endpoint, or functionality that has not been integrated or is not applicable to your solution, enter N/A.

Important: Incomplete or incorrectly documented UAT submissions may be returned for correction before the review process can proceed.

Step 4: Submit Your Documents

Once completed, submit the following to the Pandascrow team:

  • Completed Merchant Onboarding Form.
  • Completed UAT document(s) for the applicable solution(s).

Ensure that all information provided is accurate and that the required sections have been completed.

Submission Channel: Send Merchant Onboarding Form along side all required documents and also UAT to [email protected]

Step 5: Review and Validation

Upon submission, the Pandascrow team will review your onboarding information and UAT documentation.

The review process may involve:

  • Verification of submitted business and onboarding information.
  • Assessment of your integration against the applicable UAT requirements.
  • Additional technical clarification or testing, where necessary.
  • Confirmation that the integration is ready for production deployment.

If additional information or corrections are required, the team will communicate the outstanding items.

Step 6: Production Access

Once your onboarding and UAT requirements have been reviewed and approved, the Pandascrow team will guide you through the production access process.

This includes the necessary production credentials and configuration required to connect your integration to the live environment.

Important: Do not process real transactions or deploy production traffic using Sandbox credentials. Only use production credentials after receiving the appropriate authorization and configuration from Pandascrow.
